Yes it has been quite a while. I've been out of commission for ten months! I am currently in an extended care due to my lungs. I'll be writing more as I get more used to being online again

About Me

Colleen: Pennsylvania, United States; I am a divorced mother of an adult daughter and became an "Empty Nester" December 2011. In 2007 I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Sarcoidsis in and in 2010 I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus. I also suffer with COPD and Hypothyroidsim. In March of 2011 I was hospitalized and diagnosed with Acute Renal Failure and CHF and sent home on an oxygen machine that runs 24/7. Since I am disabled I have to choose my activities with caution. While I do enjoy physical activities I can't overdo but I do keep myself moving with my two small fur kids, Phoebe and Sophie and small portable oxygen tanks tucked into my backpack. That said, here in lies an account of much of what my days are like...
